Go Diving Show - Visitor Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

1.1. Registration is required to attend the Go Diving Show. Upon registration, visitors agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The management reserves the right to refuse registration or admission for any reason at its discretion.

2. Admission

2.1. Admission to the Go Diving Show is granted on the condition that visitors carry their confirmation of registration and a valid form of identification.

3. Conduct

3.1. All visitors must conduct themselves in a manner that is not disruptive, harmful, or otherwise detrimental to the Go Diving Show or any other attendee, vendor, or participant.

5.1. All content presented at the Go Diving Show is protected by copyright, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights. Visitors are prohibited from using any content without prior written consent from the relevant rights holders.

6. Safety and Security

6.1. All visitors must comply with safety instructions or directions given by the Go Diving Show staff and security personnel.

7. Changes and Cancellations

7.1. The management reserves the right to alter or cancel the show for any reason without prior notice. In such a situation, the liability of the organizers is limited to the refund of the registration fee, if any.

8. Liability

8.1. The Go Diving Show, its organizers, and staff will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or any other mishap that may occur during the event.

9. Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy

9.1. All sales for the Go Diving Show are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 9.2. The organizer reserves the right to transfer tickets to a future event. 9.3. Tickets purchased for the Go Diving Show are not transferable by attendees.
