Don is an Australian underwater photographer and photojournalist based from Bali in Indonesia.
He has been diving the Indo-Pacific region for over 20 years, but also has a strong passion for “big animal” underwater photography which has taken him to many other regions of the world.
Among others Don has visited Tonga, Japan, Mexico and Argentina for whales, the Bahamas, South Africa, South Australia and French Polynesia for sharks, Mexico and Mozambique for whale sharks and Mexico for giant manta rays.
Don’s “big animals” presentation will use images from those trips to explain and illustrate his in-water encounters with those creatures.
